I know three people so far who have been unable to get the CA vac certificates

I know, she used a photo of the card for the concert at Frost we attended.  And there they did not ask for a photo ID even though the instructions for entry to Frost said you would have to show one.  I also have a photo of my DL photo on my phone to hopefully just show the two pictures if they are both asked for.
