Hmm. The reference to Helton's last big win being in the Rose Bowl in 2016 . . . isn't that when Stanford beat Iowa? (2015 season; RB in 2016?).
Did SC win the 2017 Rose Bowl? Is Plaschke referring to a win over the Bruins? That can't be right.

Yeah, the Rose Bowl was Jan 2, 2017. I think it's tough when the bowl game is after the new year; do you list it by the calendar year it occurred or the calendar year during which most of the season occurred. AFAIK, the Rose Bowl goes by the name of the calendar year it actually happens in.
