Prior to the season I posted that Belt was going to have a good year, get a big contract (Giants or somebody else) and totally tank in 2022.

Now I’m waffling. He is an excellent defensive player. He apparently has gained respect in the clubhouse. He has had some extremely important hits and RBI this year.

They might offer two years but I think he would settle for three. So will be interesting.
