I only saw the first quarter so far and saw Betts close to being a plodder. I didn't see her beat anybody up or down court. It looks like quickness is not one of her best attributes. I did like her shooting. She seems accurate in the paint, although she missed her 2 free throws.
She is playing against college undergrads so that needs to be taken into consideration. Naturally, she'll improve her skills more, but there is only so much quickness that you can attain through training if you're not blessed with that natural ability.
She should be starting over Ware on that team.
