You have to sign an acknowledgement that the vaccine is still investigational, under an EUA, before you get the vaccine.

I can't imagine they can require  vaccination with a medication still considered investigational.

Bottom line, if you have a bad side effect or complication from a covid vaccine (or apparently most vaccines) you are SOL.
