Remdesivir is not in short supply. The mAbs however are very limited (if you are not a friend of POTUS). The vast majority of people who meet the indications will not be given that medication. Maybe in a few months it will be more common, but hopefully by then enough people will be vaccinated that we'll be on tail end of this thing.
