I found this slide deck informative

about the reactions to the shots, etc.

It indicates
"Anticipate 5-10million doses per week post-authorization"
"No data on use of mRNA vaccines in pregnant/breastfeeding women"
 while "Approximately 330,000 health care personnel could be pregnant or recently postpartum at the time of vaccine implementation"

Thanks to dabigv for correcting my misread of the news article that brought up administering the vaccine to pregnant women.
