Point 2 -  when the Gov  comes out with regional guidelines on day one and then on day two a few county health officials (unelected of course) essentially say “we know better we’re gonna push it forward” -I find that to be an overreach.

When the Pres comes out with no guidelines and "We've got it under control" and a few Governors (medically uneducated of course) essentially say "we know better we're gonna push it forward" - Do you find that to be an overreach?

P.S.  It isn't an order from an elected official.  It is Dr. Pan's order.  Newsom just puts his face out there.
