I personally usually use the term anti-vaxxer to describe people who believe (despite overwhelming scientific evidence) that vaccines cause autism or other unfounded conspiracy theories. Does it also extend to people who who don't believe in mandatory vaccination?

Your post reminded me of something I saw on social media earlier:

The same people that say a 0.9% death rate from COVID-19 is 'no big deal' are the ones saying we can't risk rare adverse events from a vaccination that occur at a rate of 0.005% and are non life-threatening.
