HOW TO GET IT DONE...  
Without a win, a simple "Go Team!" ain't enough.
1) Sack or harass QB Garbers, something we have not done well; Generate TOs. Don't wait for mistakes.  Make them.
2) Convert on 3rd down -- our numbers are bad. So, "More Cowbell"... throw to Tight Ends, OK?
3) Red zone offense; play for TDs, not FGs (cost us against COLO). Go on 4th down;
4) A special teams TD, or block, or fumble take back;
5) Give the ball to A.Jones -- Cal wanted this RB bad, out of Bay Area Champ Bishop O'Dowd H.S. Jones is super motivated to put up big numbers in his former front yard.

Jones has shown nothing.  No vision.  No ability to make people miss and he doesn’t finish runs.   I did not like the third and 2 play call. At all. But if he popped outside to the right he might’ve scored. I’d rather see Peat
