Thank you, OF, for getting the COVID-19 Board discussion. I agree, this has been the most valuable discussion and source of information and I'm thankful for all of you for contributing.
To add a recipe for "Thanksgiving" Santa Barbara (County) style, I'm adding this recipe for "Santa Maria Tri Tip" This isn't exactly the recipe I follow - I throw my own spices together - but this is the way I learned to cook it. Tri tip used to be unique to Santa Barbara County where almost all Tri Tip was consumed. When Reagan was President, the Western White House was near to SB and the WH press corp got to experience SB Tri Tip. Over time, demand made Tri Tip available across the country, including Costco. Lately, I've been cooking Tri Tip via Sous Vide. Always a big hit anytime of year.
