I’m thinking there shouldn’t be an inauguration (in a traditional sense).  The risk of COVID spread is too high.

Fortunately most inauguration days are so cold in DC that people are bundled up in scarves and masks anyway. And the outdoor stuff, with more social distancing protocols, should be fine. The inaugural balls, etc., will have to go by the wayside, however. And probably for the better anyway...
