Is anyone surprised that El Paso is getting hit hard?  If you've been there (to multiple Sun Bowls, for example), then you've got a good feel for the city and its characteristics.  The profile would be a viral alert in any state . . . and in Texas it's probably a double-secret-probation level thing.
