Village Idiot and White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows at the White House this morning, when asked why he is addressing reporters without a mask on:

"Because I tested negative and masks aren't 100% positive."

Hours later, Meadows tests positive.

Can't find any news on Meadows.

I may have been a victim of the rumor mill.  I saw on Twitter someone said MSNBC just reported it and didn't check further. Apologies for posting without a credible source. Won't do that again.  That said, I can confirm Meadows is the Village Idiot and did say what I quoted.
