If this is true (seems incredible it would not be, but then again who knows anymore) then the President has a ~5% chance of dying, perhaps higher given his BMI. Higher risk of critical illness without dying.

Maybe subtract a little considering he will probably get getting the best possible medical care.

Will he get remdesivir? Hydroxychloroquine? Can we trust whatever they tell us anyway? This is just stunning....

If he were my patient, I would start him on remdisivir and at least one of the monoclonal antibody cocktails now and hope for the best.  If he deteriorates, then I'd start him on dexamethasone, but probably only if he gets bad enough to go to the ICU.  I would not give him hydroxychloroquine.  I definitely would not inject bleach.
