I get it. But time heals all wounds. And in this case, most people understand the current U.S. regime is a very large outlier and anomaly.  I have read that our allies are basically willing to give the U.S. a pass for the last four years if it makes a change in November. Maybe that colors my judgement, but I simply have to be optimistic that things can get better. Otherwise, what's the point of continuing with living?
