Another day, another study further throwing cold water on the possibility that hydroxychloroquine ± azithromycin will work for COVID-19. This time in animal models:

Under normal circumstances, this study would have been done first, and then the drug would have been tested in humans.

The "ordinal scale" represents categories of severity ranging from 1 (no need for oxygen and no limitations on activity) to 7 (death). The distribution of the categories is basically the same regardless of treatment.
