Just a guess but I think Stanford is the most susceptible in the Pac-12 from a probability standpoint because a higher percentage of our students (and team) come from parts of the country where they must fly to get to the Bay Area. An airplane is the last place I'd want to be for a few hours with a bunch of strangers. A multi-day road trip overnighting in several hotel/motel rooms also makes that list.
But really, in theory it only takes one case to pose a potential team-wide threat, so of course it's not just a Stanford issue. If the games are indeed held this fall, quarantined players would presumably be held out of games, which creates a de facto "injury list." But isn't there then a confidentiality issue to deal with? And it's hardly vital, but we go from there to totally messing up the Vegas betting lines, which will mean simply that sportsbooks will stop offering sports betting.
It's pretty easy to see how this just isn't going to work. NCAA will need to amend and clarify the impact on recruiting and eligibility.
