Based on what I can gather, it appears this is the situation:
- Football is moving ahead until it must be stopped
- Those who manage the sport and close to it are saying they are optimistic, but based on the fact this is qualified by "we'll see"...
- It seems most people in their gut think games will be impacted by postponements or cancellation of some sort
