I now have an employee in LA who tested positive for COVID-19.  She was feeling poorly in late March, then had a fever on April 2.  She called her doctor on April 7, got tested on on April 10, and got her results back yesterday.  Positive.

She's 61, out of shape, overweight.  Probably has at least one of the co-morbidities.  Symptoms included (in declining order of severity):
 - Fever to 101 degrees for two days.  Had chills to the point she put a washcloth in her mouth so her chattering teeth wouldn't draw blood.
 - General malaise, very tired.
 - Strange, vivid dreams.  Not hallucinations or nightmares, just people in her life doing out-of-context things, which she remembered when she woke up.
 - She didn't have a cough or lung issues, because according to her, she slept sitting up, not wanting the infection to get into her lungs.
 - Had mild headaches, took Tylenol.  Headaches were the right-behind-the-eyebrows kind, she said.

For two days in the middle (sounds like the 6th and 7th) she was perfectly fine, then it came roaring back on the 8th.  She returned to work on the 13th.  Effective symptomatic period about 10 days, with four days being rough.  Never went to the hospital except for the test.  Doctor visit was televisit.

Two weeks prior, her 32-year old son had similar symptoms, but tested negative.
