Fair enough. But I'm eager as you-know-what to get Dawkins out of here and any change seems all right at this point. I also think it would be beneficial (but not necessary) to hire a Stanford Man, who we know understands the school culture and what it takes to win here. David Shaw's early success certainly suggests that hiring an alumnus can pay dividends right away.
