There was a testing site at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds but they limited it to people with severe headaches and severe temperatures and severe respiratory issues. That was a few weeks back, not sure what it is now.
This is what drives me crazy. Those criteria suggest they are only testing for the purposes of treatment, not testing for the purposes of public health. We need to expand testing so that anyone who wants to get tested can, which I think Pence promised us well over a month ago. Until that happens, I don't know how we "re-open" the economy.
