Now in April, I get the sense that CA might just be the place to be in the USA as CA seems closest to flattening the curve.
Things are made more difficult to interpret by the fact Los Angeles County has such a large population. Their absolute number of cases is higher, but the number of cases per 100,000 population is 45.2 while Santa Clara County's is 56.9 (a bit worse). However, as I read it, the trend in Santa Clara County is flat, while it is still rising in LA County.
