Ultimately, I think it'll take a vaccine to get things fully back to normal. But even then, it will take months for a sufficient number of Americans (and others around the world) to get vaccinated. 

I wonder how bad the anti-vax community (of which plenty of people in our local communities are a part of) is going to complicate our ability to move forward. Will they recognize this as an exception that they need to participate in, or will they dismiss it kinda like they dismiss MMR or even polio vaccines?
