Anyone have any idea if/how the U.S. or even some states are pursing this?

I just talked with a friend near St. Louis who told me he and his SO had what they thought was flu a month ago. They had 5+ day fevers and both had difficulty breathing. At the time they thought they had bad flu, but now they wonder if they had Covid-19. There are a lot of people who fit this description and would love to be tested for the antibody so if they have it, they can volunteer to help where they can.
