On my PC, it has been very prominent all day.  The fact that there are attendance limits is in big letters at the top of the page.  The only problem is the next page with the text of the announcements has the details below the first announcement on 3/3.

Ooops... probably my NoScript getting in the way.  I checked on another browser and you're right.  I should have checked there first.  Thanks!

Apparently I'm not allowed to post on Coronavirus on this forum. I received an anonymous warning with no explanation. I'll go elsewhere.

Speaking as a mod, PLEASE don't. Your firsthand information has been valuable. I'll powwow with the other mods to see what's going on. Also, 100% warning out of the blue is unprecedented in my time as a mod. Let's keep this conversation going, and thanks for your valuable insights.

I'm sure this happened because of his remark about the Trump administration in the main coronavirus thread, which somehow ran afoul of our no politics rule.  For those who weren't here in May of 2016 there was a giant political flame war that led to at least three significant member departures, and we have had an ixnay on political discussion ever since as a result.
