People I trust who have seen both of them closely say he's already better.  It's not quite as cut and dry as Luck versus Pritchard, but it might be more like the dilemma we would have had if Hogan had been the incumbent and Luck the younger QB.

Of course, the $64 question is will his knee hold up.

I hadn’t seen Luck in a game before knowing.  It only took one throw before the spring game freshman year to know.

OK, that's fine. I just hope Mills's knee holds up so the hypothesis that he is better than Costello can be tested.
