I really hope the current standings hold up. Would be glad to be in the opposite bracket from Texas. Love the Arkansas-Wake Forest match with a possible Arkansas-Texas match to follow.
USC would face familiar foe Arizona. Stanford vs. Duke in the other half of that bracket. Bring it on.
On one side of the bracket, you would have 4 of the pedigree teams in women's college golf. Duke has won 6 NCs; USC and Arizona have won 3 each; Stanford has one and has advanced to match play each of the past 5 years.
On the other side of the bracket, none of the 4 teams (Texas, Arkansas, Wake Forest, Auburn) has won a national championship. In fact, no school from the Big 8/Big 12 has ever won this tournament.
