I think Shaw at least had a hand in Luck's development. While that doesn't guarantee that Nottingham (or someone else) develops into the next Andrew Luck, I think it bodes well. With all the talent coming in, I don't think the quarterback has to be great, but he has to be good. Top two or three in the conference would be sufficient, anything better than that is gravy.
