He’s had to change his offensive philosophy. I’m sure he doesn’t like it. I don’t like it. It means they no longer can do what made them successful. Stanford has the second highest pass run ratio in Pac 12. Not by choice. But because they had to. Shaw adjusted. Perhaps a game or so later than all us folks sitting on our butts second guessing thought he should have.
But they have actually been pretty good offensively given the fact that they can’t run the ball. Kudos to Tavita and Shaw for making the adjustment. Hopefully next year they can get back to power football. But I kind of doubt it.
