While I agree with BC that none of us should claim to know what is best for Herbig in terms of whether or not he should return to Stanford next year vs. turn pro, I think that NFL draft prognosticating is, sometimes, informative.

If it isn't informative, I think it is at least harmless speculation.
I think we all realize that none of us knows better than Herbig, his coaches, and his parents what he ought to do.

All things being equal, if the best that Nate could hope for is a 4-6 round selection this year, I think he should wait another year.  The difference between round 2/3 money and round 4/6 money is enormous.
