I don't know what he was like as a recruiter, but typically the loss of a recruiting coordinator is more of a loss than losing just a position coach.  Is there anyone else on staff would you'd like to see step in as the lead recruiter or do they need to look for someone from the outside to be the recruiting coordinator and special teams coach?  I definitely can see some solid ST coaches interested in this job, but the big question is who will take over Polian's recruiting responsibilities.
