I have been tracking points in the required sports for Stanford and the next ten teams as of 3/22. In the four required sports, Stanford has 147 points, third behind Michigan with 165 and Texas with 162. Of 1299 points scored to date by these eleven schools, 50% were in Women's Volleyball, 29% were in Women's Basketball, and 21% were in Men's Basketball. With Baseball doing so well, it looks like the new scoring for required sports will not hurt us much, if at all, in the final standings.
Geaux Cardinal!
