Solly's official time was 4.69
That seems crazy fast for a d-lineman.

That seems to be eleventh among DL.
On the other hand he was top 5 in: bench, broad jump, 3 cone drill, and 20 yard shuttle.

He also finished first in "That's exactly how it should look" comments from coaches.

I can't help but wonder if doing it exactly how it should look suggests he has maxed out with limited upside if given time with top NFL coaches. Maybe the next stage of this combine silliness will be to go to gurus that can make it look like you are raw, while still getting close to peak times.

Mike Mayock made a similar comment about McCaffrey during his drills (that he was the model of how the drill in question should look) and noted how it's an excellent reflection on the program and coaching staff at Stanford. Made a similar comment about Thomas. He (Mayock) didn't say anything along the lines of what you're alluding to. Had he felt that way, he would have most likely said so.
To me, if a player is so mechanically sound that he's doing the drill exactly how I feel it should be done, that tells me he a) takes coaching very well and b) has been coached very well. That would be an indicator to me that he actually has more of an upside than a guy to whom I feel I have to waste time coaching fundamentals.
