Yeah, I was going off of 247sports' crystal ball. In the past week, 6 predictions have come in for Ryan Johnson, all to Auburn. Also in the past week, 17 predictions have come in for Leonard Warner, all to FSU. There could be a bit of herd mentality there, but I would think that at least one of the predictors would step forward for Stanford if they thought there was a reasonable chance for either RJ or LW.
If there's one thing people have learned in Berkeley, it's that you can't put "Cal football" and "Rose Bowl" in the same sentence. The words just don't fit. You'd be better off linking "covered wagons" with "Mars travel." (Bruce Jenkins, Cal '70, SF Chronicle, Nov. 11, 2017)
