ILBs coach Hansen has some comments re: pass coverage:

...[On] Okereke’s progress: "He's doing a nice job. Every week there's something to clean up and there always will be for everybody. He's taken giant steps each week as well with that in-game, high-pressure experience."

One area Okereke's athleticism might help is in pass coverage, especially in man-to-man coverage situations where the Hansen said the most separation exists between certain players at the position. The group is similar in how well they perform in zone.

But, overall, Hansen wants to see improvement against the pass.

"We want to be a little bit cleaner than we have been the past two games as far as mentally recognizing where we need to end up,” he said. “That's kind of the tough part of having a rotation -- being out for a couple series and going back in, they might be trying something new. If we can apply our concepts and our schemes and skills, we should be able to handle it. I want cleaner eyes and cleaner reactions as a whole. But I always will."
