I think most people would agree that we have been playing well enough to beat most of the teams in the Pac-12.

However our goal, at least the way I understand it, is not to just beat most of the teams in the Pac-12. It is to win the whole thing, contend for national honors, and show that we are not being overrated when we are voted in the top five teams in the nation.

Did we play well enough last night for that? I think most people would say no. However really good teams step up their games when they play the elite. Can we do that with the Ducks? Time will tell.
