Not a problem, no.  Just a way of explaining why the Senate GOP is doing something that may seem contrary to party incentives but in line with individual incentives, I should think.

Not a problem, no.  Just a way of explaining why the Senate GOP is doing something that may seem contrary to party incentives but in line with individual incentives, I should think.
