That is rather pointless as Michigan has essentially recruited over Stewart already in his own entering class.
Michigan already has four other WR in this class, all of them rated substantially ahead of Stewart. For that matter, in their very small class last year they also had two WR rated substantially higher.Â
And it's not as if Michigan throws the ball a lot more than Stanford. Harbaugh and Shaw want to run more or less the same offense. Last year Michigan threw for 26 more yards per game, and that only because UM didn't have the run game Harbaugh would like.
One way or another, it would seem that Mr. Stewart doesn't care.
His real danger is that if other things go well enough for UM, he suddenly won't be able to raise the UM guys on the phone when his LOI never shows up for his signature.
