One of the concerns with Costello through his senior season was whether he could put touch on his passes and not zip every ball by receivers. There's no question he has a strong arm and the Stanford commit proved at the Army game, even with an injured hand, that he can deliver the ball on time, with pace or with some touch, and get it to receivers all over the field.
