I really hope so.  the top four tight ends in 2015 were taken late in the second round and the third round.  Right now, the top five Tight Ends are projected to go before the fourth round, everyone else falls after that.  Those five are:

Hunter Henry, Arkansas, jr., 6-5, 253, 1-2
Jordan Leggett, Clemson, jr., 6-4, 255, 2-3
Nick Vannett, Ohio State, rSr., 6-6, 260, 3
Bryce Williams, East Carolina, rSr., 6-6, 258, 3
Tyler Higbeen, Western Kentucky, rSr., 6-5, 233, 3-4
