From the little I've watched so far this season, I'm frustrated by the silly/stupid mistakes that result in giveaways of points or fouls. In close games they will be the difference. In the 60 seconds I watched last night, Sanders picked up his dribble against the zone press and the result was a turnover. Then a momentary confusion about who would cover someone sneaking into the key resulted in an easy 2. Against Texas, I watched for 15 seconds and saw Rosco Allen in zone defense standing way out on the 3-point line, guarding no one, staring non-stop at the ball for 7-8 seconds and not seeing a player hanging out in the low post the entire time; the Texas point guard eventually spotted the guy open down low, passed him the ball, and Allen had to foul him to avoid the easy basket. My sample size is admittedly small but nonetheless frustrating. When you are not dominant you can't afford to make dumb mistakes.
