PN ranks our 2015 class as 20th with Alanna Smith our top recruit, but our 2016 is ranked much higher.  Quite interesting that our 2016 players are considered much better as a class than our 2015 players.  I would not have thought so.  Also, these ratings have been compiled without accounting for Mikaela Brewer, so perhaps our ranking will go up when they give us credit for all four recruits.  But here are the PN ranking of recruit classes for 2016:

Stanford, Arizona State, Oregon State, Oregon, Washington, and SC all within the top 20.  After UCLA's haul last year.  The conference looks to me to be on the way to becoming the most competitive WBB conference--a far cry from a decade ago.  The years when anyone would win every conference game may be permanently gone--as with MBB.
