The sanctions will hurt USC over time. They can\'t sign over 15 guys or over 75 total scholarships. They\'ve got 13 seniors this year, but if they lose more than 2 players to NFL or to normal attrition, that player cannot be replaced over the life of the sanctions. It only takes a few guys missing to mess up the structure of USC\'s roster, so we\'ll see. There was some attrition last year--I think six or seven players took advantage of the transfer offer?--and I wouldn\'t be shocked to see some players take advantage this year.
