I do think that Sarkisian's behavior will effect the team, but I'm not sure how much will stem from this one incident. Doesn't it seem likely that the team already has an idea of what Sarkisian is like? Particularly if he was drinking in the locker room/coaches office after games?  Coach gets on the team bus to leave from the visitor's stadium and he reeks of alcohol.  I think these public meltdowns, if they are not a totally random event, come following a period where everyone around the person has already seen similar stuff.  But a team mentality of protection would just lead people to not talk about it.

If that's true, I think Sarkisian's issues could already be effecting the squad.  This latest incident just makes it all a public circus.
