I realize that the new minimum 3.0 threshold (not fully enforced until 2017) doesn't seem like much, but Yikes claims that it will eliminate 80% of all prospective players.  If that's true, what's Stanford's number?  5%?

At least in the last ~10 years I've been following this, I don't recall ever hearing of a football/basketball recruit getting into Stanford with less than a 3.0.  And given that the other sports get even less of a break from admissions, it's doubtful it happens elsewhere.
