Teejers--
Sorry, was unclear. Was a "percentage chance of win" prediction of 60-40. Stanford wins 3 out of 5, all else being equal.
And I think Maya\'s performance had a lot to do with Chiney and other players guarding her without giving up either tremendous height or tremendous quickness. Â One underappreciated thing about having Jeanette, Kayla, Chiney and Nneka all playing - any time Stanford switches, there\'s not automatically a tremendous mismatch of some sort created. Â I watched Georgetown approach the Huskies with the same gameplan - have someone in her grill for 40 minutes, and she responded by shooting 7-20. Â In that game, UConn won (by only 5 points) because the Hoyas\' best player, Sugar Rodgers, had an absolutely horrid game (3-17 from the field, albeit thanks in large part to the defense of Kelly Faris). Â The game was tied with 6 minutes left and Hoyas were only down 4 with under 2 minutes left.
