Is it still a grad transfer requirement that the new school offer a degree that the old school does not?  (see Wayne Lyons discussion).  If so, since both Stanford and Low APR U offer MBAs, Brennan Scarlett is coming to Stanford to pursue another degree.

As far as I can tell from reading the NCAA Manual (effective August 2014) linked by 82lsju in the other Scarlett thread, there is no mention in graduate student transfer rule of enrolling in a program or for a degree not offered by the Bachelor's degree institution.
