I think with the number of good-very good WRs in this class and Ty's poor testing at the combine he is going to be pushed further and further down into the late rounds. 

One of the biggest issues for him will be his lack of short area quickness - something you often see when he is running a curl route and breaking back, he isn't able to quickly turn and takes a while to slow down which tips off the route to the DB.

I think Carter goes in the 2nd and could potentially sneak into the end of the first.  There is only one CB who I have seen ranked consistently ahead of him (Trae Waynes) while he seems to be grouped in the second tier of CBs
