My instinct is to assume that kids from boring towns with freezing weather (Eric Cotton, Harrison Phillips) will want to get out. I know that's wrong more often than it's right, but it's always my first instinct and I would never be surprised to see a kid from South Dakota choose to spend 4 years in a great location like Palo Alto.
